7Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming on the GG9 platform:

• The outcome of each game is determined by an unbiased RNG (Random Number Generator).
• In live games, the dealer's decision is considered final.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded.
• Betting limits — minimum and maximum — are set individually for each game.
• Bets placed by exploiting software glitches or technical errors may be voided.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended in Sports Betting, the relevant rules will apply.

Any disputes regarding bet outcomes must be reported to the support team within 48 hours. GG9's decision will be considered final.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GG9 platform. Violations may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Attempting to hack or manipulate game software.
• Coordinated betting to collectively claim bonuses.
• Attempting to launder money from illegal sources through the platform.
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members.

10Changes & Termination

GG9 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect.

GG9 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms and Conditions.
• Identity verification failed.
• Long-term inactive accounts.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• At the member's own request.
